Every week you sit in the same office or cubicle in the same chair, you and the chair act as one. One day you roll back and it happens, a loud crack and the chair tilts to one side. Why get rid of the whole chair when you can simply replace all four of your office chair casters.

You can simply place a hard plastic carpet protector where your chair is and it will probably roll ok. If you confine yourself to that three foot by three foot square, you most likely will be fine. If you are like most, you will push your chair across your office rather than get up if it what you need is only a few feet away.
Replacing your office chair casters not only extends the life of the chair, it alleviates a possible safety issue. It will also save on wear and tear on the carpet by rolling properly across it instead of digging in. Ordering a new set is easy and actually replacing them only takes a couple minutes of your time.
